Dena Everage

Born and raised in the Lake Charles area, now residing in Sulphur, I am very familiar with Southwest Louisiana. I am now married to Chad Everage and we have two beautiful children Daxton and Trinady.

Prior to obtaining my real estate license in 2006 I worked for Us Unwired for over 5 years. I obtained management, customer service, sales and business relations experience. My positions and experiences at Us Unwired have allowed me to enter into the real estate industry with great ease. As a realtor I have experience in both residential and commercial sales. I specialize in first time home buyers, investment properties and relocation.

I am a registered member of the National Association of Realtors, Louisiana Realtors Association, and Southwest Louisiana Board of Realtors. I obtained the Rookie of The Year Award for the year of 2006 and the Million Dollar Club 2006 and 2007. In 2008 and 2009 I obtained the Quality Service and the Multi Million Dollar Club Awards.

As an investor and property owner I put myself in my client's shoe by using the golden rule, "Treat others as you would want to be treated". I respect my client's wishes and strive to help them make informed decisions by educating myself on the ever changing real estate market in our area. I am the right choice as your REALTOR, so please call me and put your keys in trusted hands!
